KOA is an online professional services and training business. We do not claim a public walk-in office as a condition of service. Work is delivered remotely (email, video call, shared documents, and agreed online tools) unless a specific on-site arrangement is confirmed in writing.

They are not a substitute for a signed engagement letter, formal advice tailored to your facts, or professional legal, tax, or immigration advice in your jurisdiction. Outcomes in tax, visa, compliance, and related matters depend on individual circumstances and current law.
3. Scope of services
- Tax & compliance consultancy: primarily for Pakistan, United Kingdom, Australia, United States, and Malaysia, delivered online.
- Accounting, bookkeeping, audit support, HR, digital marketing, research support, and corporate training: delivered online to clients in the markets we serve.
- Real estate advisory: focused on Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Wah Cantt, Taxila, and Gujar Khan and surrounding societies. We do not guarantee property values, approvals, or investment returns.
- Study visa / education consultancy: guidance and documentation support; final admission and visa decisions rest with institutions and immigration authorities.
4. Engagement and fees
A formal engagement starts only when scope, fees, and timelines are confirmed in writing (email or signed letter). Fees are payable as agreed before or during the work. Training certification is issued only after the stated modules and requirements are completed.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and documents needed for the service, and to meet agreed deadlines for inputs. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines and outcomes. You remain responsible for filings, applications, and decisions that must be made in your own name with government or institutional bodies.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and do not disclose it except as required to deliver the service, with your consent, or as required by law. You agree not to misuse our materials, templates, or training content beyond the agreed licence of use.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, training materials, templates, and branding remain the property of KOA or their respective owners. You may use materials provided under an engagement only for the purpose of that engagement unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from services, except where liability cannot be excluded. Our liability for a specific paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, unless a different limit is agreed in writing.
