Khair O Aafiyat Professional Services (“KOA”, “we”, “us”) operates an online consultancy and training business. We serve clients worldwide. We do not operate a public walk-in office. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond to enquiries and deliver services:
- Name, phone / WhatsApp number, and email address from enquiry and enrolment forms
- Service interest (tax, training, real estate, study visa, research support, etc.)
- Messages you send by email, WhatsApp, or contact forms
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic server logs (for security and site performance)
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (for example health or biometric data) through this website.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss suitability of our services
- To deliver contracted consultancy or training work
- To send practical updates related to your engagement (schedules, documents, invoices)
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping duties that apply to our business
- To improve site security and prevent abuse
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent or trade enquiry lists.
3. Sharing and processors
We may share limited data with trusted processors only when required to run the service, for example:
- Email and hosting providers that process form submissions
- Payment or invoicing tools when you engage paid services
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law
We require processors to use the data only for the agreed purpose.
4. International clients
Our services are delivered online to clients in Pakistan and selected international markets. If you contact us from outside Pakistan, your information may be processed in Pakistan or by processors in other countries. By submitting an enquiry you understand that transfer may occur as needed to respond and deliver the service.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business and legal retention periods. You may ask us to delete or correct your enquiry data; we will do so unless we must keep a record for legal or contractual reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online transmission is fully risk-free; please avoid sending highly sensitive documents by unsecured email when a more secure channel is available.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies for basic function and, where configured, analytics tools (for example Google tags already present on the site) to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry records, or to ask a question about this policy, email us at khairoaafiyat@gmail.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
